Hello,

Wilsina married a Shaw after Norman Campbell died; then she married the
3rd time after Shaw supposedly died. She married for her 3rd husband my
great-grandfather Michael Malone. When Michael died at Waterloo, Ohio,
Lawrence Co. in 1900, Wilsina filed for a widow's pension. On the form
she said that Norman Campbell died at the Insane Assylum at Athens, Ohio.
That is about all I know about Wilsina, except that she was b. Gallia
Co. OH June 6, 1841 and d. Springfield, Ohio, Feb. 14, 1921 and is buried
at Ferncliff Cem. Norman and Wilsina are reported to have had two
children. One of them was Phebe Campbell, b. 12 Jan. 1871. She married
one of Michael Malone's sons, Richard Warren Malone. Richard was married
2 times. His first wife Martha Woolum died around 1884. They had
Joseph, Frank Edward and Fannie Mae. Richard and Phebe had Lennie,
James, John, Stanley, Minnie, George and Pearl. I have contact with one
of Richard and Phebe's great-great grandsons. If you want his address I
can send it to you. I hope this helps you in some way. The old insane
asylum was closed and when my husband and I visited the Ohio Univ.
Archives we were told the records from the old asylum was to be
transferred to them. We were looking for something on my husband's
great-grandfather, Charles Vernier who died there around 1910.
You could look in the 1880 census for Athens, Co., OH. I do not know if
they enumerated the inmates of the asylum.
