There is a 10 page section in the back of D. W. Williams' book "A
History of Jackson County, Ohio" that tells all about his life.

He was the son of Benjamin (G. or C.) and Margaret Williams of Oak Hill,
Ohio and was born there on October 31, 1862. His grandfathers were from
Wales. He died in 1932.
