I am searching for the following BARBER family who lived in Conneaut in 1850. I cannot locate any of the Barbers before 1850. Later, Francis and her husband Manley are in Michigan in 1900 and soon after he dies in 1902 and she died after him. I don't know when they moved to Michigan but it may have been abt. 1852 because "grandpa" died
there in 1854. I couldn't find them there in 1860. I am really hoping to find more information regarding Joel Barber.
Additional information follows.
Generation 1
Francis T. Barber, born 10 March 1840 in (Conneaut), Ashtabula Co., Ohio; died Aft. 01 February 1902 in Michigan. She was the daughter of Joel Barber and Maria Livingston. She married (1) Manley Alonza Luce 27 December 1866 in Napolean, Michigan. He was born 26 July 1844 in (Manchester, Washtenau Co.), Michigan, and died 01 February
1902 in Ronald Twp., Ionia Co., Michigan. He was the son of Henry Talmage Luce and Lucy Orena Fisher.
Generation 2
Joel Barber, born Abt. 1826 in Ohio. He married Maria (Livingston?)
Maria Livingston, born Abt. 1827 in Ohio. She was probably the daughter of Ezekiel Livingston and Margaret Gillet. (Ezekiel was living with Joel and Maria in 1850)

Children of Joel Barber and Maria Livingston are:
i. George Barber
ii. Francis T. Barber, born 10 March 1840 in (Conneaut), Ashtabula Co., Ohio; died Aft. 01 February 1902 in Michigan; married Manley Alonza Luce 27 December 1866 in Napolean, Michigan.
Generation 3
Ezekiel Livingston, born 18 September 1796 in Schoharie, New York; died August 1854 in Parma, Jackson Co., Michigan. He was the son of William Livingston and Elizabeth Dyckman. He married Margaret Gillet Bet. 1815 - 1816.

Other information:
There is no record of marriage for Joel and Maria in Ohio. They may have gone to Pennsylvania, as it was closer and there was no railroad. No license was needed in Penn until 1880's.
There is a township deed record from John Barber to Joel Barber for 8 acres in Conneaut. John's residence was Wadams Grove, Stephenson Co., Illinois. I don't know his relationship. The deed is dated 23 March 1847. It was a quit-claim deed so it may have been a brother selling his share of inheritance.
This is all I have after years of research. I would be happy to hear any suggestions or share related information with anyone interested.
