California Corn Bread Mix -
A sweet, cake-like breakfast bread that is delicious with honey and butter.

2 cups Bisquick baking mix
1/2 cup cornmeal
1/2 cup sugar
1 Tbsp. baking powder

Combine all ingredients in an airtight container. Makes about 3 cups. Attach
instructions:

California Corn Bread

1 pkg. California Corn Bread Mix
2 eggs
1 cup milk
1/2 cup butter; melted

Combine all ingredients in a large bowl; blend until smooth. Pour into a
well-greased 8" baking pan. Bake at 350F for 30 minutes.
