Dennis,

Go to <http://probate.cuyahogacounty.us/pa/TOS.aspx>; and agree to the terms & conditions then the next page will be the search template. Do "search for person" and indicate marriage. The name & volume will come up. It's not like the old way though. I tested it with my own marriage record & it worked.
