county, Franklin, to help Julie find an obituary for her
greatgrandfather, James Chance and family.

Hi, Pam
I was hoping that you could help me I live in ILL and would like to get
the OB. for my greatgrandfather, James Chance.
Not sure where he was born, He died July 15, 1890 in Spruce Pine,
Franklin Co,ALa. he is in the cemetery called OLD FRIENDSHIP by Mountain
Home cemetery He was married to Jacinto Reid at the time. They had two
children. Hubert Chance born Oct 28,1889 and died Nov 17, 1940 and Pearl
Chance born June 23, 1887 and died Dec 2, 1971. All died in Franklin Co,
Ala.
any help would be grateful. Thank you,
