I know the PANB has the paper file school attendance records back to at least 1850 or so as I've looked up my family. I found them on microfilm [PANB F7644 Parish School Returns 1825-1847] and in their paper files [PANB RS153 E2C/1 Blissfield Parish School returns 1831-1839]. Records for your years of interest would, of course, have a different but nearby set of numbers..
Good luck,
Joe in FL

I am seeking school records in Blissfield or Ludlow for MURPHY family. Seven
children born 1872 to 1886. I knew four of them well and based on their
speech and chosen reading I believe they must have had a classical
education. Unfortunately, my children in southwest US never even read
British literature!
