Judy, I think that a signed associator was a man who supported the colonial
cause for independence. If I'm wrong will you forward any replies please.
I'm currently trying to get DAR recognition for Joseph Brown who signed from
the town of Brookhaven. He was too old to go to fight ( and had abt 14
children then that he had to support too!) but did show he was in favor of
independence by signing.
About taxes - if you receive an answer to that also let me know. Barb -
also in AZ
