The lists I belong to for Devon and Hampshire, England work it so that when
you read an e mail and wish to reply to it - you click reply and your
response automatically shows up on the list. It only goes privately to the
individual if you choose to do it that way.

Therefore, all list members get to see all queries and all answers to those
queries. A list member learns a lot. These are very active and informative
lists.

Apparently the Suffolk list does not do this. At least when I hit the reply
button my messages do not go to the list. They go privately to the person
I'm responding to. I feel I miss a lot because I never see the answers to
queries on the list.

Is it possible to have the Suffolk list do this? I'm not much of a computer
person so I would have no idea how to do it.
