Please excuse this question to those that are not concerned with it, but I do not know of any other way to get in touch with Troy participants in the Rensselaer County Music Festival in 1956.
I think it was held in School 5 or School 10.
A classmate has recently contacted me and we are interested in finding out if anyone would have a recording of the festival. The recording was made on metal and covered with vinyl, and the vinyl is beginning to come off on Side B of the one she owns. The music was recorded by York Recording Studio. Fulton Street, Troy, New York, and I have tried to find anything about them thru newspapers on line etc. and have not been successful.
We would also be interested in any other recordings of the other music festivals of the 1950's to 1961.
