Hi,
My family comes from all the boroughs in the city. I have found some of them
on indexes in different places.
The NY library, Historical Society, Later Day Saints, Queens Borough Library,
have indexes and some have newspapers. SO does Hofstra University have copies
of newspapers. I cannot say that you will find what you are looking for. You
really have to keep digging. Sometimes you find it and sometimes you don't.
