Dear Folks,
Both Norma from our PADUTCH-LIFE list and Muriel from our NYNIAGAR-FOLKS
list came up with the same suggestion regarding my horribly scorched pan.
This is what both Norma and Muriel suggested.
>> Vee, if all your soaking didn't work. try sprinkling some baking soda on

>> you
>> are luckly it will come right off.
Well now, I checked out the pan today and was pleasantly surprised that I
could contintue to scrape away a lot of the charred remains. Nonetheless, I
still knew that there was more work ahead of me. This evening I continued
to scrape away at it with my spatula/egg flipper to the point where tomorrow
I could finish off the job with a stainless steel pad.
Nonetheless, I still relied on Muriel and Norma's suggestion about soaking
it in baking soda. If nothing else, I could depend on that.
Thanks Folks! I needed that support.
luvya,
vee
