Frankly when I used the sauce over cauliflower, I found that the sauce
overpowered the taste of the cauliflower. But I can assure that it's
absolutely delicious over broccoli.
Sour Cream and Horseradish Sauce
2 Tbsp. melted butter
1/2 cup sour cream
2 Tbsp. horseradish (depending on the age of the jar of your horseradish,
start out with less and work your way up to where it suits your tastebuds.)
1 tsp. powdered onion
1/4 tsp. salt
1/8 tsp. dry mustard
Combine all ingredients and refrigerate until ready to use.
