A lot of 1910 suffers from terrible imaging. It looks like the original sheet moved up on the right side while it was being filmed and produced double imaging.
Here's my best shot at figuring in out:
ages: John 45; Elizabeth 40
yrs married: not a clue; the consensus guess is 15, with 14 written first, then the 4 crossed out replaced by 5
any children: 1 child, 0 living
year of entry to america: no guess
citizen: naturalized
where born: IRE, IRE, IRE for both and parents
BUT . ..
