When Joel put up the Petition - I think perhaps he didn't understand how this is an important subject to all with Roots in Dutchess even if they don't reside here now, Dutchess County History is their heritage also. Joel is a magnificent legislator who listens to not only all his constituents but others across the County. We'll forgive him this time.
