When I tried to get a birth/death certificate for my stillborn premie twin,
N Y State told me they do not release death certificates on stillborn
babies.

Does anyone have a copy of the subject book? I would like to know what
information it contains. I have a marriage listed in this book showing the
bride, groom and date of marriage. Is the Certificate Number included
also?

I need any information I can get on a marriage between John P. Bazen and
Elizabeth Rosell, dated February 20, 1841.
