Marie, do you live in or near Brooklyn? If so, start looking at places near
where the Morrell business
is/was located. Make phone calls to various funeral businesses, see if they
have an older person who has
been there for a long time and ask if they know of a now out of business
funeral home and if they
might happen to know who took it over, and the records as well.
I had good luck on several occasions doing this, once I called one business
in NJ, just started at
the top of the list that the telephone long distance operator gave me, and
it was the FIRST one
on the list.

Would anyone know if the F. A. Morrell Funeral Home records still exist and
if they do, where they would be located.

Also would anyone know what funeral home took it over.
