Subject: [BKLYN] Hospitals in Brooklyn
Date: Sat, 12 Apr 2008 07:32:19 -0400

Hello,

The posting this morning reminded me of my EX's family, and my
EX-mother-in-law's passing in 1971. I don't remember which hospital she
was "rushed" to. They lived on 59th Street.

The reason I'm mentioning it is that I don't recall any recent postings
about all the hospitals which exist in Brooklyn - especially in the
mid-1900's.

CORKILL, etc.)

FYI: When my EX-mother-in-law died, she left 3 teen-age children.
Because this was a major, dysfunctional family, these 2 sons and younger
daughter came "this close" to becoming "Wards of the States." A last
minute decision allowed the sons to remain in the apartment, with the
absentee father checking in on them every weekend. I had to talk my EX
into allowing his "kid sister" to come live with us.
