In 1892, (4 years before your timeframe) this is the closest thing I find:

CONGREGATIONAL churches 1892 (Brooklyn)
Pilgrim (Swedish) 413-15 Atlantic av. A.S. Anderson (Pastor)

--I have listed the Churches from 1892 (that I found in the Brooklyn Daily
Eagle Almanac)....they are on the Brooklyn Info Page (in Paper Trails, under
Churches, then under the Houses of Worship link--I will post the direct link
to the page below. Once there you can use the Find function in your browser
to search the top window for Atlantic, for eg. That will bring you to each
church that is on Atlantic or a cross street. There are several. However,
your folks have Swedish sounding names so maybe the above church is a good
guess ;-)
