Nancy, I recently went to Cavalry Cemetery in Queens to locate the grave of
my ggrandfather. They told me to bring a camera w/film as there is usually a
lot of info on the headstone. When we located the gravesite there was no
headstone or marker. To have an internment list done it cost $20.00 for the
first name and $2.00 for each additional name in that plot...total cost
$26.00. I thought this was rather expensive but when we received the info
(along with a bill for approx. $1500) it enabled us to search further down the
line and discover three more relatives. In the long run, I guess it was worth
the cost. (I can't believe how addictive this has become...but I love it.)
