Is there anyone on the list who has a connection to an Arthur ELLIOTT who
was born in Albany,NY....July 12,1823... to a James and Anna Elliott?
James was from Scotland and Anna was probably from Northern Ireland.
Hopefully the birth or christening will be recorded in a Parish Register
somewhere in the city.
