Apparently at some time I registered with Rootsweb, but now I can't get
in to the Rootsweb Message Boards.

- When I try to sign in with what I think is the userid/password, it
tells me "**Member name and/or password are invalid" **
- When I go to the "Forgot username or password" page and enter my
email address, I get an on-screen message saying that it sent email to
my address () BUT I don't receive anything.
- Rootsweb won't let me register as a new user because it claims I'm
already registered
- I went to the rootsweb Help page and submitted my question/problem,
but haven't received any response

Any suggestions, please? Thanks
