Yes, the old Wards building houses NYS offices now. I have some grand
memories of shopping there and picking up Christmas presents in the
catalog area.

Here's a url for the Arsenal museum. I found it a while ago but should
get you further info on the arsenal itself as well.

There'a s button for HOME at the bottom which takes you back to more

on the Arsenal itself. The museum houses the Burgoyne gun which was
used
at the Battle of Saratoga. : - )
