Man Indicted In Daughter's Murder

An Erie County grand jury indicted a Grand Island man yesterday on charges of
of killing his daughter. Thirty-nine-year-old Tyrell Trinidad was arrested in
Niagara Falls on May ninth after being accused beating and throwing his
19-day-old daughter, causing her death. He was picked up by Niagara Falls
Sheriff's deputies a day after the incident. No word has been released when
the trial will begin.
