Many thanks to all who replied>It turns out all i had to do was switch browser as George suggested to Internet explorer from Mozilla and all was cured.I would have been frustrated and
possibly been further polluting the air with verbal protestations had i not asked.So that eliminates a trip to the confessional as well curing my problem.
