Yes, Brian, your point was proved this morning:
I've just received a birth certificate for my greatgrandmother - mother's
maiden name JOHNSON. Who should be living just down the road from her
family in 1881 and 1891 but a man who I suspected might be her brother and
his family. And guess what, one of his sons has a middle name JOHNSON. It
certainly looks as if old Margaret JOHNSON was his granny.
One more twig to add to the tree.
