" Anybody researching LUDHAM might like to know that a book has been
produced on the village:
Snelling, JM, (1999) Ludham A Norfolk Village 1800-1900, UEA Print
Group. ISBN 0 9535293 0 4. It is available from Elaine Mumby, Willow
Cottage, Decoy Road, Potter Hiegham, Norfolk, NR29 5LX.
It is well worth reading and provides a mine of information on the
history of the village, individuals and occupations. I think it costs about
£8-00. I got it in the village so I'm not sure about p & p.
It anybody else interested in this village?"
I have an interest in the BEEVOR and ROLL families of the village, late
18th and early 19th century.
( also, my step father- in- law is churchwarden of the neighbouring parish
of Potter Heigham which shares an incumbent with Ludham).
