I am alwasys so impressed by the amount of information folks researching
these early Spanish names have.

I don't know if this will add anything for you but from _Historias_The
Spanish Heritage of Santa Clara Valley_pub 1976, California History
Center, DeAnza College, I have a few tidbits.

Founders of San Jose According to the Census of 1778
The Soldier-Settlers
(I wil not list them all, here)
Joseph Antonio ROMERO, mulatto of 35
Maria Petra Aceves, mulatta of 17, probably the daughter of Antonio
Quiterio Aceves who came with Anza

Of the nine settlers to whom Moraga granted land in 1783, six were still
living in the Pueblo in 1797. Of the missing three, two had already
been booted out* ( Francisco AVILA and Sebastian ALBITRE) and the third
, Antonio Romero, had moved to a rancho near Monterey.

*community troublemakers and were expelled
