Dear Friends:
If you haven;t seen the above site, check it out. There is an architectural
description of the Allen House in
Shrewsbury with some historical tidbits about the family. Perhaps you guys
all know these facts cause I presume that most of you live back there. If
not, read the architectural details about all of the local buildings. Be
patient, because after about a page or two of dimensions and building style
is the historical footnotes. When you call up a description of a building,
you are getting a scanned copy of the historical record. Often the picture of
the place has not yet been scanned but you can click on text and see what I'm
talking about.
