Hi Folks,
I have a Henry Clay, b. 1868 in NYC, who served in the Spanish American War,
died in 1953 in Newark and was buried in the Glendale Cem., Newark.

I learned from the Cemetery that he was buried in the Veterans section. They
had little information on him but told me that the "County" had the records
on the Veterans.

Can anyone tell me who the "County" might be?
