Thanks everyone for answering the library card owner questions. FYI, for out of towners (or in state), you need to know the specific address and zip code as well. Good Hunting.

Joan isn't there a statewide library card available? I am going to check PA .. I will let you know.

check on that angle.

I received a Newark Public Library Newsletter today that announces that the
Newark Public Library is also making Heritage Quest available with remote
access for anyone with a Newark Public Library card. So - more choices than
ever are becoming available...

Most public library systems allow out of towners and out of state residents
to get a library card for a fee. Just go to the website of the library you
are interested in and click the link for getting a library card. The fees
usually range anywhere from $10 to $50 for one year. Sometimes it's well
worth the price.
