Bob,
I tried emailing you directly, but your email bounced back at me as undeliverable. Please reply to me directly at if I can be of assistance.
I am going to the NH Vital Records tomorrow and would be happy to take a look for a birth record for this person. If this would be helpful, let me know.
Are you familiar with the NH VRs? Let me tell you a little about them. During the early 1900s the state asked all the town clerks to transcribe their records onto 3x8 cards. These make up the early NH VRs. The advantage of their system is that all the cards are filed somewhat alphabetically state-wide. Copies are .25/pg and these are the same records that the state searches if you send them your $12/name/event.
The records available to the public to search, for free, include births earliest through 1900, marriages, deaths & divorces earliest through 1947.
If I can do a few other lookups while I am there, don't hesitate to ask.
