Subject: [NHGEN-L] USGenWeb Project bylaws proposals

The State of Nevada is sponsoring the 26 BYLAWS changes discussed and
developed by the USGW membership on USGenWeb-ALL -L.

These changes are NOT the same as the ones being discussd by the bylaws
committee.

I have coordinated this grass-roots effort to improve the structure of the
USGenWeb Project. I and the those who have contributed have worked over a
month in fine tuning these proposals.

In order for the MEMBERS to have a chance to look these over and decide if
these are what they want, ie: VOTE, we need the support of several other
states to co-sponsor the submitted proposals.
