Does anyone have connections with this family???? Anyone with more
information???
___ ____ ___________ _________ ________ ______

This is what was found for my request on the LDS film #0438542 which is AI:8
for 1881-1890 for Voxtorp parish (clerical survey).

On page 16 at the location No. 3 Bjursna:s Snickaren

Emil Teodor Nilsson b. 1856 March 13 in Ljungby
Emma Gustafva Johansdotter b. 1865 March 26 in Arby
married 1885 March (? day not written clearly)
children: Johan Fridolf Gothard b. 1886 December 31 in Voxtorp
Gunhild Emelia b. 1888 September 24 in Carlslanda

This family moved from Mortorp in 1885 November 18 (No. 41)
The family moved to (or at least Emil did) Karlslanda in 1888 November 6
No. 26

I need to follow Emil back to Mortorp and then to Ljungby parish to
find out who his parents were. You might be able to get the birth record
for that parish and be able to find the parents.

A search for the family after 1890 was done (by Phyllis) but they were not
listed in the next section of the survey. She was surprised at this since
Johan indicated leaving from Voxtorp on the Emmigration CD in 1901. The
family was not in the clerical survey for the years before this either. So
it appears they were in Voxtorp for a very short time.

(My special thanks to Phyllis Nelson for locating above info)
