Anthony J. Neikirk of Mount Prospect
Services for Anthony J. Neikirk, 63, will be held at 10 a.m. Thursday, at Friedrichs Funeral Home, 320 W. Central Road (at Northwest Highway), Mount Prospect. Interment will be in Mount Carmel Cemetery. Visitation will be from3 to 9 p.m. today, at the funeral home. Born in Chicago, he died Thursday, March 13, 2008. Tony was an avid Cubs fan. He was the beloved brother of Grace Wasik and Louise (Richard) Leibfritz; dear uncle of Joseph (Toni) Wasik, Tina (James) Kennedy, Sharon Leibfritz, Cindy (Greg) Goro and the late Louise Sidlow; and cherished great- uncle of many. He was preceded in death by his parents, Bert and Josephine Neikirk. In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made to the Countryside Association, 21154 W. Shirley Road, Palatine, IL 60074.
