Subject: [Neibaur] NEIBAUR List at RootsWeb

References: <>

This list has never been associated with any entity other than RootsWeb (an community). Of course, it is being updated and maintained. It
has been in existence since at least January 1998 and will continue until
RootsWeb/Ancestry decides to no longer sponsor it - something they have yet
to do with any of their mailing lists or boards. For an explanation of RW
and it's resources see:

I am SO sorry. That was a poor choice of words. Of course it isn't going
anywhere. I apologize for inferring that. What I meant is that it was no
longer being maintained or updated at the time the new group was formed.
Please accept my apologies.

This list is sponsored by RootsWeb - sponsors RootsWeb lists
and message board (surname, local and misc genealogical topics) as a free
service to the genealogical community. This list is archived and searchable
back to the 1990's and isn't going anywhere. ;-)

The Neibaur list you sent this through is no longer is existence. Inasmuch
as the site had not been updated since 1998, some of us got together and
started a new organization. I will send you an invitation to our new family
website. We had a very large reunion in Sugar City, Idaho last summer. There
were 106 in attendance that day. We may have another albeit smaller one in
Utah this next summer. There are lots of pictures on the website that you
will enjoy. It was in conjunction with Sugar City honoring one of our own:
Thomas Croft Neibaur.

It's wonderful to make your acquaintance and I hope to become more so with
you in the future.
