Hello again Diana,
This is what I think, not that it is always worth it, HA-believe that Issabella is the daughter of John Cavens and Rachel Paxton who married on Aug. 23, 1820 in Frederick co. MD. (just over the river from Loudon co, VA)
Soon after moving to Knox co. OH and then to Wyandot co. OH.
John and Rachel, note that both names carry down the generations, both born in Louden co., VA, the former on Sept. 22, 1790, and the latter on Aug. 22, 1800. Other children I find are Joseph A. Cavens, d. Aug. 11, 1851, age 26y,11m,19d, buried Masedonia Cem. Wyandot co, OH; Emily J.; Henrietta, who married Charles W. Burke; and William H. Cavens.

John Cavens died Apr. 8, 1867, and wife Rachel died
Apr. 12, 1868.
Sources: MD Marriage index;1830 Monroe, Knox, OH census; 1840 Milford, Knox, OH census; 1850 Antrim, Wyandot, OH; 1860, Antrim, Wyandot, OH census,
LDS; usgenweb OH; 1884 Wyandot County History for
Antrim on Charles W. Burke.

This is my best guess. Letters to the Gen. Society's of Knox and Wyandot co, OH would probably give more information to verify the above.
Have a great day. Jean
