Al Payseno
Al Payseno landed in Bowdon in 1901, the endo f the railroad at the time. After that the railroad was extended to Turtle Lake, Hurdsfield, and Goodrich. Goodrich was named Dudley at that time.
Al filed homestead 11 miles south of Denhoff in 1901. Winters were hard, no roads, and only lignite to burn, which made it rough. But the folks were so kind in helping each other survive.
Al was a traveling salesman for 47 years, traveling most of the United States.
