I really cannot answer this well, but it sounds like my Marlows. Maplewood Cemetary is one I know where my great grandfather was buried. My W Marlow and Elizabeth Sawyer lived on Spruce Street, and were across the Street from some Smiths. I think Downing Street was at corner or so. I think the Margaret? Smith I knew was an infant my grandmother Alice Marlow baby sat for around her age of 14. I'll have to call her and ask her if she knows anything. I would heavily suggest you contact Maplewood Cemetary, where Margaret Smith was past curator of grave at one time.
Wilson County Library is closed right now and under renovations and this might help you, too, when open.
I have yahoo Instant Messaging if you'll download and try to get with me via that. Penname is Sunshine or lasunshinebr
