Another abbreviation is LDS but I'm sure most people are more familiar with
Morman.

Eddie, I am a Mormon, but also a moron (Tech-wise) so in my case, you wasn't
far off the bat at all. (Laugh)
However, the term "Mormon" is incorrectly used. Mormon refers to the "Book
of Mormon, Another Testament of Jesus Christ," which, along with the Bible
are the standard works (or references) used by the Church of Jesus Christ of
Latter day Saints, so the correct term is Church of Jesus Christ of Latter
day Saints.
But, to quote my cousin Steve: "Call me whatever you want, just as long as
you call me to dinner."
