He had a daughter "Polly" Mary Catherine Johnson, born about 1812 who married Samuel Johnson 30 Sep 1930 in Surry County, NC. Estate papers for her father Ambrose dtd 21 Jan 1873 indicate that Samuel Johnson's 5 children were listed as heirs living in Yancy County, NC. The children were Elizabeth, Mary, Fanny, Franklin, and an infant. The source of this information is "Hayes, Johnson and Allied Families...." by Charles C. Hayes, a great resource.

I have no information about the other names you mentioned.
