Subject: [NCORANGE] Depositions, Webb Rev. War papers
Date: Tue, 28 Mar 2000 16:59:07 -0800
Hi. I've been going through the Rev. War pension papers of Johnson WEBB,
and there are a number of depositions made by other residents of Orange and
Chatham Counties. While they aren't particularly informative, if anyone
happens to be as stuck on any of these families as I am on some of mine,
they might be helpful.
The names of deponents (as near as I can make them out) are:
Prudence YEALOCK
James MCMINERY (?)
Samuel GLOSSON (?)
J--- HOLIDAY
James TURNER
Joseph WHITE
Polly HARRIS
Samuel NELSON
Sam ALLEN
William ALLEN
Ezekiel B. CURRY
Most of them were 70-80 years old in the 1830's.
If anyone is interested in any of these depositions, please contact me.
Margaret Curley
