In the book, "Herritage of Currituck County", there are no articles on either
name. The name "Brent" is mentioned in 1 time and the name "Simmons" is
mentioned 16 times.
The book, "Currituck County Cemetery Record", has no entries for "Brent" and
49 entries for "Simmons".
The Currituck County Marriage Bonds, Book A has no entries for Brent and 7
entries for Simmons. Book B has no entries for Brent but, list 35 brides, 34
grooms, 61 mothers and 58 fathers under the name Simmons.
As you can see, it is too many to list individually,
