I finally got the thing to work; it was a very, slow process, even with high
speed broadband connection. And then at the end, after getting the "lizard
tech" viewer downloaded, I couldn't pull up all the hits to view them. I
think I have a security block of some sort with the Norton Security and/or
anti-virus; I've run into those before; some I could work around; some I
couldn't.
