Hi...

I have a huge brickwall....I can't go any further than my great great
grandfather.....this is what I have so far.....I do know that my
GGgrandfather was Edward McPherson, died sometime either in 1890 or
before 1890....he had a son by a woman named Ada Jane Lum(m)....his name
was Walter Kellar McPherson. Walter was born 01 Apr 1887 in Pondsville,
MD. Ada and Edward were not married....and apparently Edward died in a
train accident...he worked for the railroad and was killed in some sort
of accident back then. Also, apparently, Ada was supposed to wait a year
to marry, after his death, but she didn't....as a result Edward's family
was upset and mad at her that they ended up changing the McPherson
name....I am not sure what to though....Ada married Victor Kline and for
a while until Walter married in 1913, he went by Kline. When Ada married
Victor, Walter was 3 years old.....

I would appreciate any help that anyone can give me in figuring out who
Edward's parents were, when he was born, etc....anything would be a big
help....
