Thelma married John Frank Ayers 4 May 1946 in Versailles.

Obituary: Jefferson City Post-Tribune, Tuesday, April 17, 2001
Thelma E. Ayres, 75, Eldon, died April 15, 2001, in Eldon. She was
born May 17, 1925, in Miller County, a daughter of Perry and Mary E.
Luttrell Robinette. She was married May 4, 1946, in Versailles, to John F.
Ayres, who died in June 19, 1983.
She attended rural schools in Miller County and was a member of Ninth Street
Christian Church of Eldon. She was a member of the Miller County Historical
Society and the D.A.V. Auxiliary of Jefferson City. She was a Homemaker.
Survivors include: one daughter, Betty Jo Kallenbach, Eldon; one son, John
M. Ayres, Eldon; one sister, Gladys Luttrell, Iberia; one brother, Russell
Robinette, Brumley; and two grandchildren.
Services will be at 11 a.m. Wednesday at Ninth Street Christian Church. The
Rev. Roy Weece and Tom Farrington will officiate. Burial will be in Eldon
City Cemetery. Visitation will be from 9:30-11 a.m. Wednesday at the
church. Memorials are suggested to Community Hospice of Columbia or the
American Cancer Society. Arrangements are under the direction of Phillips
Funeral Home, Eldon.

Married Leroy.Thelma married an Ayres.Prob
misspelled.W
