Let's Honor the Villmer (Witmere, Villmaire) Family at this year's fete.

In the book, Family Maps of Washington Co., Mo. which lists all of the
homesteads and land patents for the county, the following Villmer homesteads
and patents are listed:

Villemar-Alexia (1856
Villmare-Francis (1854) - two patents
Wilmain-Francis (1840)
Villmar-Francis (1850) - two patents

Join us for the Annual Fete on Sunday, October 4, 2009 and share this rich
family history. Dennis Stroughmatt will be here again with Creole Stomp,
the Dumplin' Darlings will again be serving our delicious Chicken and
Dumpling's dinner. Take time to visit the bakery, country store and be sure to
support our returning crafters. Several new publications will be available
for the researchers in the group and we will be serving our freshly made
French sausages, ham and beans, roasted corn, making up hundred's of
"croquignoles" for our consumption and know that you will enjoy spending a great
fall day visiting with friends and relatives. You are more than welcome to
help in a booth part of the day.
