Forty-five days in jail, is the sentence passed upon a fellow who gives his
name as Frank MITCHELL, who was convicted of stealing a watch from Horace
AMES
of DeSoto. Esq. LaBEAUME furnished the passport and Constable MOTHERSHEAD
was
the guide. He landed here Monday evening.
