I've read your messages regarding your ties to the Cuevas Family from Jerez, Zacatecas and I'm hoping to obtain additional information regarding my own family. I am the granddaughter of Cesario Cuevas who was born in Jerez, Zacatecas. I've been told that his family was from a ranch called "La Hermita." The only relatives on my grandfather's side of the family that we know are Gumaro Cuevas who married a woman with the last name "De la Cueva." I think that my grandfather had several siblings, I believe a sister named Julia and another named Juanita. He also had brothers, but I do not know their names (one of them was MIA.)My grandfather married a woman from the Pichardo family and had four daughters. His wife died in the early 1940's. He then married my grandmother, Maria Inez Gallegos from Calera, Zacatecas. Any information would be greatly appreciated.
