I know this is an old post, but I just have to reply!


I've been researching my grandmother's side of the family, for a very long time and haven't had to much success. My grandma moved away when she was very young and didn't speak much about the family. They lived on Victorine in the mid 20's - 30's. I hear that is in the Rose Hill area.


My grandmother's family name is Delgado, and her great grandmother was Feliciania Caldera b. 19 Jun 1833 Zacatecas and d. 12 Feb 1935 Los Angeles. I have her death record and the informant on the record is my great grandmother Louise Mary Delgado aka Louis Mary Amador. Juan and Feliciana had a daughter Fermina b. abt 1880 in Zacatecas d. 27 Apr 1938, married Luis Delgado b. abt 1879 d. 25 Jan 1947 in Los Angeles, California.


Feliciana Caldera,Fermina and Luis are buried at Evergreen Cemetery see findagrave.


I realize this is an off branch for you, but I would be interested in knowing what you have discovered for Juan and Feliciana Caldera, and if you know anything about the Delgado family where Feliciana Caldera lived until her death?
